I ordered a cleaning product plus extra parts July 17,2018. On Aug 29 I sent an email asking when I could expect delivery. I received an email in response Aug 31 stating they were having troubles with the manufacturer but that I would be receiving my order shortly. It is now 3 weeks later and have revived nothing. I paid in total $79.98 plus shipping.
