I booked tickets for Miami and received an email but there were no booking number in the email. I called them and they said I only made a booking request but not a real booking while their email confirmed my booking ! They asked for $1400 while the tickets were $88 on their website and when I bought them. They refused to let me cancel and said they were going to charge me regardless.
