I hired The Trademark Company to assist me in my response to an office action from the US Trademark Office (federal). This company took my money, and was silent until the deadline to respond. Then they told me to do the work and they submitted it. The work failed because the Trademark Company provided no guidance, support or assistance. There was no point paying them because they did nothing. Now, the office action was denied and I have one last chance to submit the information for this NEW office action. No one answers the phone, returns emails and there's no way to get any response. They take your money and disappear. This is not a Better Business by any definition.
