The Tech Help Desk called the consumer from 844-287-3437 notifying her that her windows was obsolete. They took remote access of the computer and charged her credit card $200. They called her the following day saying that her bank may flag the charge as fraud or someone may call offering a refund. She thought this odd and called the ScamPulse.com to report. The company is located in the United Kingdom. https://www.thetechhelpdesk.co.uk/us/ and the address is 1st Floor, Cash's Business Centre, 228, Widdrington Road, Coventry, CV1 4PB.
