I received a voicemail saying that my application/claim for student debt relief was incomplete and that I needed to contact my "dedicated eligiblity counselor." And that it was "imperative" that I finish my application before student loan repayments resume. She also mispronounced "severance" when I'm pretty sure they think is interchangeable with forbearance. Clearly a scam and I am keeping hold of the voicemail in case ScamPulse.com needs it. I have never interacted with this company or began any kind of application with anyone outside of FedLoan.
