I purchased the Spinal Pro size XXL from the website, after 2 months I had not received the item, I followed up the order and received a reply from Josh DiBacco , finally another 4 weeks later it arrived. I can only describe it as a rubbish, not the quality shown and described on the website. I ordered an XXL and the item received would fit a teenager. I followed up with Josh DiBacco and of course no reply. These people sell rubbish, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHONG FROM THEM.

They advertised for a product that I purchased from them 2 months ago. They took my payment but never sent a tracking number. When I contacted them, the tracking number that was then given to me was an invalid number. I contacted them again and was told my product is on the way. I've yet to receive my order that purchased for of a total of 39.94. I haven't received any updates or replies back when I try to contact them.
