I placed an order with slimmingstrap.com on August 7, 2020 for $24.97. The money was taken from my account and i received an email confirmation After a few weeks I still hadn't gotten tracking information so I reached out to the company. I did not receive a reply, so I waited another week or so and tried again...nothing. To this date, I have received no product and know for a fact that this is a scam.

On august 2nd I ordered on The SlimmingStrap Website and its more than 3 months now and havent recieved anything. I payed 24.97 and I know its not a lot but its still money and I could have used it for something else. I messaged them in their facebook page and they just blocked me. I even tried to email them the email that is on their online website and it says its invaild.. I just got scammed and I want my money back.. I am trying to call my bank to see if I can still do anything about it..

Ordered two SlimmingStraps for $24.98 total from an ad on Facebook. Received order confirmation email on 7/28 and shipment notification on 7/31 (had a tracking order in email). $24.98 was charged to my credit card on 7/28. Tracking number is not valid when checking on shipment. Shipment has NOT been received. I haven't tried emailing them but I will certainly do that today to see if I get a response but in looking at all the complaints against this company, I highly doubt I hear anything back from them. I hope something can be done to put a stop to their scamming innocent folks.

I ordered two of SlimmingStraps from a post on Facebook in July . The site looked legitimate, even had BBB emblem! I received an order confirmation email on 7/28 and then an email saying items shipped on 7/31. Tried tracking the order (through Shop) to learn that the tracking number could not be found. My credit card was charged $24.98 on 7/28. I hope whoever is pulling this scam is found and severely punished! I will be reporting to BBB; not sure if they can do anything but it's worth a try. I must say I have learned a hard lesson from this; it's so hard to trust anyone now-a-days...

ORDER THE STRAP OVER 30 DAYS CONTACED THEM NEVER GOT BACK TO ME THE GOT THE MONEY I TRYED TRACKING AND SAYS CAN NOT FIND THAT NUMBER

Back in May, I ordered a Slimming Strap I ordered from an ad I got on Facebook. The amount charged was 19.98. My card was charged and I never received the product. I sent an email with my concern, but got no response back.

This came up as an Ad on Instagram and Facebook. I decided to buy it and was sent a tracking number and was instructed to download an App called Shop in order to see where the order is. I ordered it April 28, 2020, after contacting them multiple times through the app and the through email I have not received a reply. It's been 2 months and have not received the order. I thought that the product would be coming from China which is why I waited so long to report it but I am now 100% sure that this is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS!!

This company charged my card, sent me an email saying “preparing to ship” and two months later, still nothing. I’ve contacted them several times and yep.. nothing. Total scam!

This company is not real! They claim to be accredited by the BBB, but they are not. They will take your money and provide no product. Do not purchase from this website and please report their IG account (@theslimmingstrap) which is falsely advertising their non-existent product.

I should have checked reviews before purchasing anything on Facebook but I figured, I have bought other things perfectly fine. This business never responds to your messages or emails. I ordered on April 29th. I was informed it was shipped and now, June 12th and still no package. The least they could do is email back and let me know there is a delay. Unfortunately, the scammers are probably long gone.

Many people have ordered product, been charged, received order confirmation, shipping confirmation but with dead tracking links, and never received product. I’ve gf emailed their ‘support’ multiple times with no response. Hack company scamming people on Facebook and Instagram.

Placed my order in April 2020. It is now June 2020 and I have still not received my item. I have emailed them and have not gotten a response and they provided me a fake tracking number. After doing more research, others are now posting on the scammer's Facebook page stating the same issues.

I ordered the slimming strap from this scam company and never received the product. The order number doesn’t work and there’s no response when using the email on the page. The entire page should be removed to prevent others from being scammed.

Items purchased on April 29th 2020. Funds were extracted from my bank account. Items never received. Several attempts to contact them by email (only contact listed) without any response. Same situation happened to my sister-in-law.

I purchased several items off their Website, was given a tracking number and told the item shipped but the tracking number doesn’t pull up any kind of information/doesn’t exist and I never received the products and they don’t respond to emails or comments on Facebook.
