I also was a victim to shopple. Never thought Facebook of all places would even have aloud this so thats why i thought it was legit. I ordered 2 Kids Electric Supercar and 2 Intelligent Electric Skateboard money totalling $ 129.40. I've been waiting and emailing them every month and nothing. I just found out it was all a scam. What do i do from here? Can someone please help me?

I saw an ad on Facebook for an "Intelligent Electric Skateboard". My husband and I had been thinking about buying one and this was on sale for $75 so we thought "why not?". I received a purchase confirmation email on June 11, 2020 (actual date of purchase). I received shipment confirmation on June 14, 2020 with a tracking number and "track package" link. First red flag - the email stated the package would be shipped via Whistl, however the "track package" link takes you to "pryexpress.com". As of August 3, 2020, I still had not received any update(s), except this time I'm getting an error message on the "track package" link saying "504 Gateway Timeout The gateway has timed out." I go to the Whistl website, and get "unfortunately no tracking information was found using the reference that you provided." I emailed them at their customer service email asking for an update (still August 3, 2020). As of August 6, 2020, I hadn't received a response to I forwarded my email to them asking for an update. As of today, August 11, 2020, I still have not received any response(s), and just sent an email requesting a refund, that I highly doubt I'll receive. I tried the tracking link again, and now get Firefox's "Hmm. We're having trouble finding that site." message. I tried just going to their website and Firefox advised not to proceed.

The Shopple Powered by Shopify sells various items at an extremely low price. Upon purchasing an item I realized the contact information was limited to  a contact us page with no phone number. I contacted them wanting a refund and received an email/text asking why. Since this email/text I have sent them 2 messages wanting a refund and I have heard no feedback.
