Shih Tzu puppies for sale. Scammer sent pictures and videos, as well as, a signed Transfer of Ownership Agreement with stipulations (we needed to follow-up with a Vet within 4 days of shipment, he had first right of refusal, etc.) We paid a 50% deposit with a pre-paid gift card. A few days later, the scammer wanted the balance due in order to "take good care" of his puppies. I said I'd pay the balance once we received the puppy. The scammer got angry and cut off correspondence.
