I purchased an online security school for my son to obtain his Florida "D" security license over the internet for one entire 40 hour week. He completed the course and was waiting for a printout of his certificate. A week later, the people still did not send a certificate and claimed they had "issues" that had to go to the next level to be sorted out with a printer. I personally teach this same course for the State and all it is is a piece of paper with their school number on it. They were paid $120 for the class. I sent him there so there would be NO conflict of interest ever arise. After calling them numerous times to explain to them time was running out (we had an appointment with the Florida Department of Agriculture for the past month because of the long waiting period), his time ran out and we did not receive the certificate in time for the appointment. The business proceeded to block us from calling and making contact with them. My son is in the reserves for the USMC and is being shipped to training in a few weeks. He was relying on this license to work and make some money before he left for training at 29 Palms. This business should be ashamed of itself; the way it conducts itself and the way it treats military vets. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge but want everyone to know to AVOID THIS SCHOOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
