I ordered this sauna wrap blanket online in January 20,2021 paid thru my master card .The following day I received a confirmation email also saying it is in process and will take 7-15 days to ship.Jan 22, thank you email came and offering another product, good i did not add up, I am about to coz the offer is great.waited till february 20, i did not yet have the product so I ffup by email.They replied and said it is on transit might take 5-8 business days. March 9 no product yet so I ffup by email again and since the my email comes back as undeliverable.

Please look into this coz there website looks very legit.I am trying to get in their website but says the domain is forsale.

This site does not offer any products however they will take your money and never ship anything to you and blame DHL for product delays, shipping delays etc. There are others who have purchased a product and never receieved it, read here: https://ca.trustpilot.com/review/thesaunawrap.com
