I was just about to give up on receiving money from my unemployment that i knew was being held from me . My frustration was was way pass the point of no return bills were over due, and I knew practically nothing in regards to fixing paperwork to get me on the right track.
Thankfully with the help of the relief consultants they where able to fix what I thought couldn't be fixed and I received my money in with in a week, no b.s. They worked hard to see I got what I deserved, and they also made sure I was ok with the state even after I received my money.

Consultant sent 3 appt time reminders and she never called

I was super skeptical seeing the ad for this service on youtube but I'm at my wits end with California EDD and them owing me at least $15k in back pay where I can't seem to get anywhere with them. So I decided to book a consultation for 11:30am. I was emailed and texted several times urging me to not miss my meeting as the consultants take time out of their busy schedules to help. I was assigned a consultant named Stephanie Bercegol. The last email reminder was literally TEN MINUTES before the scheduled time and I sat next to my phone and waited...hours. I finally emailed Stephanie who won't answer me. And I've even now sent an email to the support email explaining what was going on...no reply again. Then just now I tried calling the only number to try and get some answers and GUESS WHAT?! phone is disconnected. Now I'm believing it's a total scam. I just want some answers as I wasted my time and energy to respect their time and energy too.

Incomplete contract

SO I reached out on December 10th after a friend forwarded me their link. I spoke with Mariana that Friday and I was once again hopeful. I received the docusign for the contract, but it was missing page 2. The page 1 and page to included did not match. I am very careful about signing contracts because I did not want there to be a chance that the actual page 2 could be added later.

I have received multiple emails since, sent a screenshot of the two pages (showing how they did not match up), emailed, called and left voicemails. Other than receiving the same contract over and over, there has been no resolution.

I am worried about the timeframe and starting to feel like this may be a scam. I am the mother of a special needs child and the EDD was able to cheat me out of almost $14,000 even after a won appeal. It would suck to be disappointed again, but it looks like that may be what has happened.

Have you emailed your States Assemblyman's Office? After I was stuck for weeks, I got a tip telling me to try that. When I went to the Website right away a page came regarding EDD. I filled in my information and sent it. The next day I got a call from their office. She was very concerned and helpful. She asked what had happened so far with my case. She told that they have a person from their office that is in the EDD office and she would now begin my case. After that, we had a few back and fourth emails, questions she had, and after about 1 weeks time, I received my money!

I previously wrote a review about the relief consultants and a woman named Julie. It was a very negative review that I wrote prematurely because the weekend was not done. After I wrote that Julie actually did call me just like she said she would. She kept her word. She apologized for the previous call and explained to me that she has a very full schedule and is extremely busy because of the nature of her work with EDD. She was extremely polite and positively enthusiastic about helping me with my claim. I got the impression that she truly cares about the people she represents, and it really shows. She really gave me hope that my issues with EDD would be resolved and that I would get the benefits I'm entitled too. Actually, she told me that she might even be able to help me get more than I originally thought I was going to get. she was wonderful and I sincerely regret the negative review that I posted prematurely. It was extremely unfair, and it turned out that I was wrong. So make sure you ask if you can have Julie work your case, because she actually cares about the work she's doing and the people that she's doing it for.

I was given a phone number to reach a woman named Julie who works for "The Relief Consultants". I was told to text the number and that she would help me with my EDD claim. So I did. I didn't get any response at all, not even an acknowledgement that my text had been received. I decided to call the number the next day to find out if it was even the right number. It was. Julie answered the phone and proceeded to astound me with her attitude and unprofessional behaviour. She actually got angry at me when I told her it wasn't very professional how she didn't reply to my messages. She told me that she would contact me this weekend to help me with my claim. But it's Sunday and still no call. So far I would rate my experience with this company at 1/5 stars. They're highly unprofessional and haven't helped me at all.

I'm the type of person who can see when something is "too good to be true". I saw an opportunity on a YouTube ad that there was a ragtag group helping individuals get unemployment. I was 190% skeptical(The website design did not help sell it either xD), and in a way, I still am - but it did however, work. I was able to pay off bills I didn't think were possible to pay off on time.

Giving my personal information to an unfamiliar voice is 'still' a big deal for me, but after hearing about the amount of money attained for other clients, and the reason why millions of Californians can't contact the EDD(literally), I decided to take the risk. I was out of options, but this was the best one yet.

Stephanie helped me understand my account and get me $16k total. After being laid off in 2020, EVEN IF I was able to contact the EDD, there was an error on my account from 2017, that I had NO IDEA ABOUT, and would have made my unemployment application void. Someone manually messed up my account, and Stephanie made the EDD manually correct it. Education is key, and she educated the EDD staff on how to do THEIR job, and the laws behind their work.

I know that if anyone who has an issue with their unemployment due to the virus, I already have this service on speed-dial. This group was ripped off by the EDD as well, so I stood on common ground as far as unemployment was concerned. I am so blessed, and I'm glad I made the decision! Get the help you need from Relief Consultants!

My son in law used the relief consultants and when i tell you i did not believe it would work! See at the time my edd was going smooth then I hit a snag and I was waking up to sit on the phone like it was a full time job that is when my son in law told me about this lady named Quynh! At this point i was frustrated and stressed trying to figure out how i was going to pay my bills so i called...
It has been going on 13 weeks that i had not seen any movement then i finally spoke to Quynh and she said let me do my job and i got you!
When i say this lady is the best! She had me on with edd daily at 8 am asking the questions i had no clue i needed to be asking!
I don't know if it was because we constantly called of Quynh's tenacity but i got all my money that was owed to me! So the question is would i refer them again ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A DOUBT!

Stephanie was absolutely amazing...I had already applied n did it wrong so I was given a referral to steph thru a friend and she fixed everything for me.without her I would have been screwed during this pandemic. Instead I've been able to take care of myself n my kids and keep food on the table n pay my Bill's on time . She talked me thru everything and eased my worries and drove out the fear.i referred about 10 friends who were extremely satisfied as well.all the ppl talking about this is a scam ...well sucks for u that u dont have an entire financial advisor on ur team when u could have. After nearly a year of calling and emailing the EDD and getting ABSOLUTELY NO response from them, I was EXHAUSTED and broke. I saw an ad on YouTube that mentioned this Relief Consultant company that deals with EDD on your behalf. So of course I took about a week and a half before calling them, to scope them out and consider my options. It was very easy to navigate and make my appointment. So I read their ENTIRE website, and set the date.

As scheduled, a women named Quyhn called me, and explained that if I get nothing, they get nothing.

So after our 20 minute consultation turned into an hour and getting my basic info, we set a time for the following day to get to work. Quynh worked with my uncertain schedule and called and texted me every day to keep me informed. Our calls were magic! We poured over my work hours, pay stubs, employers, pay periods, all of it. She helped my understand everything about the process. And when I say magic, I mean, this lady is a matha-magician. She was on EDD and made sure they found and fixed the problem and in about 9 days I was back paid my unemployment benefits.

I am so grateful to this company and to Quynh. I have referred them to many of my co-workers and family members who are having the same problems with EDD and they are getting the help they need now.

Ok so let me start by giving a HUGE thanks to Quynh and the whole team over at The Relief Consultants.

I thought I was never going to get my benefits from EDD, until I saw an ad on YouTube from The Relief Consultants.

I made an appointment on their website and got a call back the same day. My account was fixed within the week and now I’m receiving my benefits. I couldn’t be any more grateful for what Quynh and the Team has been able to do for me and many others.

I’m going to keep it real here. At first I totally thought this was a scam, my mom, girlfriend and friends were telling me I seriously [censored]ed up by trusting The Relief Consultants. However THEY WERE WRONG.

This is no scam, this is a legit group of people helping people get the money they rightfully deserve.

After my wife and i where scammed by other company's in the recent past so our guard was up. and we had some doubts about this company "LLC" After some "lack of communication" But after there swift actions to fix the "lack of communication" i was convinced that they ARE THE REAL DEAL. i'am working with the F.B.I. about these SCAMMERS! they act professional then get all your info, ssn ,DL number, All the info they think they need. once they get the info they disconnect all phone numbers and brake all ties with you the customer. i am going to be sueing this "company" with the help of the F.B.I. SF division CA! do not go through this SCAM COMPANY!
