Ordered and paid for blanket and pillow cases through puffly back in April 21 it's now August and I still haven't received anything. I'm quite upset as I've had to struggle Thru an aussie winter after suffering phnemonia back in early April. I feel I've been wronged and would love either the product I paid for or full reimbursement for monies lost.

I ordered from this company after seeing a pop up ad on Facebook. I received both an email and a text message that my order was received and being processed. No information after that. The phone number is now disconnected and the email address is invalid. I waited a little over three weeks to find out this was a scam.
