Steve Quast was recommended by Gary Petersen that lives in the same apartment building as my sister. Steve was to do repairs to my concrete entrance and waterproof it with a product they recommend called super coat. Both Gary and Steve represent this product. Steve did $300 worth of work (by removing the existing concrete layer and applying 2 thin layers of new concrete). Steve took a $2000 deposit via e-transfer on $4000 quote. He was to start work on March 15th, 2018. To date he has been making excuses about reasons he can't continue to do the job. He has walked away. Beware of this scammer. Gary scammed a lady who suffers of MS $2500 in hopes to get her driveway fixed. That seems to be the amounts they get from people and they don't do any work!
