Received a voicemail on my cell phone and on a relative's phone stating that I needed to contact Claire Bilaski for a backorder delivery at 855-256-7361. The call was received from 443-354-9969. I called the 443 number and a man stated he was handling a case for check fraud. I do not use checks and he stated it must have been electronic and it was for a loan for $400.00 deposited into an *** bank account which I do not bank with them. He then changed the story to an unpaid loan, I asked for the name and contact info for the original creditor and he stated that it was for "Westgate LLC" and he did not have any contact information as they handle many companies. I pushed the issue of trying to validate any debt and he threatened that if I did not settle that they would take me to court and sue for $1,600.00. I then asked again for the original creditor and he stated Riverside. When asked again for contact information he told me to google it, I said I did and nothing came up and that I would not speak any further without validating his company which he stated was THE processing. This man knew my name, address and last 4 of my social security number.
