My experience was the exact same as the other 2 complaints. Got confirmation [email protected] but never shipped products. Website is inactive and can't reach anyone. Lost $130...

I ordered a lamp off of this website, and I got an email confirming my order, but my packed never arrived way after the shipping date it was supposed to be here. I never received a follow-up email about my package actually shipping out, and they took my money and dipped. $36 lost because of this scam. And I tried to get back to the website to see if maybe it was just a weird mess up or something, but when I clicked the link on the email, it said the url does not exist.

File a claim with your bank, I just did with mine. Report the item as never shipped/delivered. I think we have fallen to a vicious scam giving our personal info and payments to the site, but try to dispute with the bank.

The Prismatic Lamp sold at theprismaticlamp.com as advertised on social media does not ship the product after charging your credit card, there telephone number does not work, and they do not respond to emails. The address they use is a vacant building that is also the address of Shark Toss, which is the support email of [email protected] Toss has been posing as different online companies, including a different lamp co. thehoverlamp.com and various game products. Google Shark Toss scam to see eight complaints at a scam reporting site.
