I made a purchase off of the Princess Fantasy site in February 2021. I got a weird PayPal receipt for some religious email, so I checked, same amount as I spent on a sex toy on this site... 2 months later and they keep emailing me back saying they shipped it, it’s on its way, etc. but their site is shut down intermittently and I obviously never received it. They send long emails about how sorry they are that I haven’t received it and how they appreciate my patience and they’ll send a new one but ignore me when I ask for the tracking number. SCAM!

I have just experienced the same thing. I ordered August 4th they shipped (so they said) August 11th and I asked about tracking numbers twice both times being told management would contact me. I have not received anything. I disputed it will my bank and sent the all of the information and received my money back

I placed an order on 2/28. I have yet to receive a shipping notification or tracking info. I have had correspondence but no tracking info. My order was placed on 2/28. I never received any type of update on my order. 2 weeks later and I have reached out about a shipping date. The customer service person (****) keep telling me it's already shipped but refuses to provide me with any tracking or shipment information. I've asked for a refund many times and also reported to PayPal. This company is fraudulent. I have read many reviews of this happening to others.

SCAM ALERT - Have been trying to get product or refund for almost 2 months. A “manager” reached out to ensure the product was on the way. Then again to say a replacement was sent out. The new tracking code shows created but not in system/shipped. No more response by email and the website is no longer working. Money was debited from my checking account in February. These people are thieves. A friend forward me the info via Instagram.

I paid for the product and received multiple emails saying the shipping was delayed but the product was on the way. Then a replacement was supposedly mailed out and a tracking number was sent to me via USPS. It’s been a few weeks and the code still shows label created but not in system/shipped. I have gone back and forth for 2 months and not the website is shut down.

Same as all the rest, purchased product 6 weeks ago. I asked for a tracking number repeatedly and they assure you its in the mail, and tell you your being impatient. They give you generic stick answers or do not return your email. This company is a SCAMM RUN FAST!

I've been waiting 5 weeks for my purchase and a tracking number. The emails from Alma P posted above are just like the emails I've received. I have esculated a complaint for a refund with PayPal as well. I hope I'm able to get my money back. I've asked numerous times for a refund and for a customer service phone number. Niether given.

@seven3333 PayPal gave me a refund. I was persistent with my complaint and following up on my complaint. Keep at it. They are listed as DEX on PayPal. Hopefully they get enough complaints and lose their PayPal account for running a scam through them.

Esculate a complaint with PayPal if you paid that way. PayPal will discontinue their account after so many complaints.

This company will charge your card and 6 months later... nothing. I have an email thread with over 50 messages sent to them. They recycle their responses and act like they have lost your tracking. They then tell you week after week they are prioritising your order. Upon looking in BBB complaints I can see they are using the same emails and same excuses. This company should be shut down. Completely unacceptable practice.

Same as these folks - order pay then nothing. Excuse after excuse. Guys and gals file a police report on these clowns. It may not get your money back but enough reports across the country on this company could get them shut down and save future victims.

I ordered from this company 12 weeks ago and nothing came. They are also refusing to provide a tracking number and refund of my $60.

I ordered almost 50 days ago and still no parcel arrived. They took 39.99$, they kept on apologising for the delays, I had to ask various times for the tracking number, they finally gave it to me 2 weeks ago and still no parcel. Don’t buy from this people, DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMS.
They told me to wait another week and that week is gone already. They said they will investigate with the courier and eventually replace the order but at this point I just want my money back (which I am aware I will never see).

I have had the same experience as everyone here. Placed an order with them on March 13, 2020 and it has been almost 3 months of back and forth with their same pre-written response (photo attached) asking me to ‘practice patience’. I reported them to the FTC and they still don’t take it seriously. I have requested a refund at least 8 TIMES NOW and they will not refund me because supposedly the package has been sent and resent to me. They are scam artists and liars, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I placed an order on March 14th, over 6 weeks later the package still hasn’t arrived.

Numerous emails later, I am told to “provide my order number” (despite never receiving one) so that they can provide me with tracking information. They took almost $100 from my account and 6 weeks later I have nothing. Thankfully I paid via PayPal who are looking into it. I am told today that something has been sent but I dread to think what has actually been posted out to me. At this point I just want my money back. I saw these guys advertised on Instagram- DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEM. They are a scam!
