Attempted to purchase a $4.95 trial of a weight loss supplement and it ended up taking $84.95 from my account without my knowledge or my consent. I did not sign up for a membership, but the email said that I had, and then gave me no option to discontinue the membership. I called customer service because I could not deactivate the membership (that I did not sign up for) on their website. I did some research and found that other people had been scammed and they informed me that the $84 would be taken out of my account every month until I figured out how to discontinue the fraudulent membership. After calling customer service and arguing with them and being on hold for a total of almost three hours, I still was not able to get a full refund. The supervisor's name was Trey Johnson and he was extremely rude, combative, and argumentative and told me that if I did not stop questioning him, that he would not give me a refund at all.
