Bought app to watch daughters phone in October 2020 somehow was charged twice in two different cards totally well over 200 dollars and have been fighting for at least one of the charges to be refunded since it is now july of 2021. Looking into legal action at this point.

Bought from this company on May 7th 2021. Immediately canceled when I found that they were fraudulent in the description of their software. Was promised a refund of $129.97 the next day - It is now June 3, 2021 and nothing. Fran, and Margaux promised refunds numerous times, and now I see that I will likely never see a refund. This place is a scammer company- WARN EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST!

The powerline group is nothing but a scam. Not only did they not deliver on the service, but they charged my brevity card 3 separate times within minutes of each other. When I reached out they said they would be refunding me. Still have not received my refund. When I asked if they knew why they charged my card 3 times, their only reply was "yes". You cannot get ahold of a live person when you call and they stole my money. Do not use this company.
