Purchased product to monitor son's phone. Claims to offer 100% refund within 30 days of purchase. Asked for refund 10 minutes after purchasing. 2 weeks later I still have not reached a live person and the automated emails keep assuring me that I will receive within 3 days. Keep checking 3 days later and nothing. I've threatened with lawyers and law enforcement... nothing. Emailed powerline group who billed my account... nothing.
