I was so frustrated and sad cause I would really like tha little charm with my girl photo (she has cancer I it looked like something cute to do for both of us) but it is a year now and there is no way of communicate with them

Company appeared via Instagram ads and the product looked to be a cool gift of our dog to my wife. Multiple attempts to contact the seller since date of purchase. It’s been weeks and no notification of fulfillment or shipment and no response to my attempts to communicate via Instagram, email and phone call.
