I purchased a jacket online from therenorthface.com on 09/03/21. I still do not have my purchase. I paid $70.00 and was charged in full that day. I can't get a hold of a person. The emails are randomly replied with " your item has been shipped. The tracking number doesn't work. I have been trying for over 2 months to get a refund or at very least the jacket! I hope these thieves are stopped immediately! No where in their website did it say China. Actually it says it's in NY USA
