Type of a scam Online Purchase
With out any noticeable information on their website, and or contact from them, they charged me an additional 93.66 per bottle, that I paid for from the trial offer. They double charged me for the same item, without my consent.
I did get am email invoice for the 93.66 additionally charged for the 4.99 trial offer that I purchased. Two products were initially purchased to try on the trial offer of 4.99. so I received two additional 93.66 charges on the backend for originally purchased products.
I contact the customer service line, an outsourced function, and was told that they could only refund me 35.00 per original purchase. because it was beyond the then discovered 15 day trial period that they would not take a return of unopened product and not refund my full amount.
