After the first day they got started I noticed they we're putting in minimal if ANY work - less than what I could do for myself for free. They followed a few accounts then went inactive for days. Now for a service that is charging you that much monthly they should be working daily on your account. I sent them multiple emails on their site and on their business email and did not receive a response until around after 7 days which on their policy says they WON'T honor refunds following that date. Unfortunately for them - that policy only counts if you are actually putting in the work and after seeing them not work I changed my password leaving it impossible for them to actually claim they were putting in time - which they were claiming, but clearly could not be true if they don't have my updated password.
Long story short these people are con-artists and I never take the time to report a business, in fact this is the first time I feel I've actually been truly scammed of my money. Avoid at all costs.
