We were in contact with a Mr. David Walshman who kept telling us that he was going to pay off a few credit cards by using checks and then we would repay them at a rate of 1.4% per month. He then asked my husband to send him our credit cards so he could "establish credit" in the event that we failed to make a payment. They would charge the credit card as protection for them to get their payment. When speaking to this fraud, it was always difficult to understand him and I always had a bad feeling about them, turns out I was right.

I had to cancel three credit cards and file a report with the FBI as well as with this BBB, the Federal Trade Commission as well as my state's attorney general. These people are the lowest of the low. I believe they found us by getting access to Connected Investors and started emailing our business email address.

I was contacted by David Walshman about consolidating my credit card debt. I looked him up through ScamPulse.com and he scammed someone by paying their credit cards with counterfeit money and using their identity to make purchases.

I was contacted via email by this company asking if I wanted my credit cards paid off at a low interest rate. This company claims to be a credit card pay off company. I signed on as a broker with them and they made fake payments to my clients credit cards (that were all returned due to the payment accounts being shut down after payment). The payments lasted long enough for them to charge up their credit cards with a merchant account and then the clients had their accounts closed down for fraud!!! This is fraudulent activity!!! Its a shame cause your accounts end up right back at the original amount owed or the creditor will shut down the account and your full balance will be due. All the while this company runs off with your money that they consistently charge your credit cards for and claim that the process was shut down due to the processing not going through your bank. David at this company seems to be speaking with a computer generated voice and hardly ever answer the phone. May be a google voice number or some other device. TOTAL SCAM...BEWARE!!
