On May 25, 2017, my start-up business received, through USPS mail, a one page document stating my business is required by Federal law to post a Compliance Labor Law Poster or I would get a $17,000.00 fine. They were requiring my business to pay $84.00 for the poster. I would receive the poster within 3 weeks. There was information on the document with my business profile. At the bottom of the page they requested my business to mail the money or pay by credit or debit card. If using my credit or debit card, there would be an additional $4.95 fee. The document also stated to respond by June 7, 2017.

This organization mailed us an official looking document indicating they were an intermediary for required corporate filings. When I researched this online i found numerous indications that it is a scam including from western VA BBB.
