I placed an order with insured shipping through the SHOP app. Order was placed 06/15/22. Money was taken from my account and order still shows "Order placed" only. I emailed as per the contact provided on the app and NO response. I am out $50+ as I have not received the product. When I go back to the SHOP app and try to visit the Luxe Kingdom store the web page is 'no longer available'.

They offered a product online and I made a purchase through their site. It's past there delivery estimates and I have reached out to them several times with no response. They cost me over 70 dollars and I have received nothing.
