Ordered online from "TheLucyShop". They processed the order, sent emails saying it was being processed, then it was being shipped. Included UPS tracking number. When the item was never received, I checked the tracking, and it said the sender requested the item be sent back to them. No reason given. No message received from the company.

There is no phone number on their website, only an address. I sent messages x 4 thru their website. 3 messages say "not received" --assuming it means the company didn't receive my messages. One other message sent to another address on their website says "undeliverable". So there is no way to contact them apparently, and no way to get my money back. They are obviously a scam.
