I got a call from James Walter. He says he works for The Lottery Commission. He says I have won $5.5 million dollars, a '23 Mercedes Benz, and $10,000 a month for the rest of my life. he has an accent. I can hardly understand him. he keeps repeating that it is legit. He said it would be delivered to me in private. He wants me to fill out a T9 form. His number is 772-275-7186. He says I need to pay the taxes of $350 with a Vanilla card from Walmart. he wants me to scratch the security number from the back of the card, and send him a picture of it. Then my prizes will be sent to me. He told me to call the Federal Government at 717-930-5524 to verify my winnings. He keeps telling me I could use the money this Christmas. I told him to send my the winnings less the taxes, he said he can't because the check was already made out to me. I asked how he did that. He said he made out the check from my lottery entry. I told him I didn't enter a lottery. Then I asked to speak to someone else, and he said they are all on other lines. I told him to cancel the check adn write a new one. he said he can't. He knew my email address.
