They threaten me and had my information. Threatened they were a federal agency and I had no options. He yelled at me and said he was going forward to sue me on behalf of city bank

They called my husbands phone stating they were coming to our house to serve papers on someone (KD) who was not us. But we do know(KD) the person they are trying to fraud. He is disabled and not able to walk or speak. THey number they gave wa 855-359-2225 but the number that showed up on my husbands called ID was a different number in Battleground Washington. I spoke with 3 different people and kept getting around all they woud say was that there was a pending law suit against (KD) and they were going to come serve papers on this person at my house. When i asked what the amount was or form they said that they could not give that information to me unless they were able to speak with the (KD) and I again told them he was unable to walk or speak and they still wanted to talk to him. So they finally said everything would be in the paperwork andthey would be serving papers within 72 hours. I asked to confirm what address they were coming to and they would not provide that information either. I told them they were a fraud and it was terrible that they were tyring to extort money from a disablied person and i was filing a police report and they hung up on me.

Last year a person from this company called to my cell phone. He was very rude, aggressive and offensive. He demanded that I pay him over the phone for an repossessed vehicle over 8 years ago. He identified as a legal office. He threatened to take away my salary and put me in jail. He harassment me, my family and my job. Now in beginning of May they call me again, in this time was a woman, that I can't hardly understand her. They apparently know my whole life. My last addresses, my daughters phone numbers, my job information, even my last 4 digits of my social security number. And is true that I had a car that was repossessed long time ago, but is not even in one of my credit reports.
