The scammer created a fake website with fake email addresses and a fake phoe number. The scammer claims to offer Red Cross certification courses and takes registrations and payment and posts a location inside a storage facility. I attempted to email 2 of the provided addresses and they were undeliverable. The phone number goes straight to voice mail.
