This phone number contacted me stating I owed a payday loan in the amount of $4000 to *** *** ***. I spoke with a John from THE Legal Processing who stated that the paperwork was in front of the judge to be signed for a judgment against me. I researched this information. I couldn't find anything on *** *** *** or THE Legal Processing. I also tried to research the information via the court system. The court system has no record of any pending litigation against me in small claims court, which is where John stated that my case was. I called back and spoke with Kayla and she stated that it hasn't gotten to the court yet so I wouldn't be able to find it through the court system.
