Ordered 4 items from the website on October 1st and received email confirmation of the order then another asking to send a picture of the debit card covering all the numbers but the last 4 and a screenshot of payment message received from bank. On the 2nd asked when the items would be send out of curiosity, got a reply back on the 4th saying they received the order and will send the shipment out in 3 days and provide a tracking number after 3 days. Sent a email the following Friday checking on the progress and Saturday received an email stating it has been shipped and the tracking number has not been uploaded to the system yet and if the system displays they’ll inform me of the tracking number in 3 days. Sent a email same day asking who it’s shipped through so I know how the package will be delivered either at the mailbox or at my doorstep and got the same response on Sunday. Sent another email that Sunday requesting the tracking number since its been over 5 days since the order was placed and that the tracking number would be provided. To which no response from the company has yet been received.
