We received a letter with a offer and purchase agreement from “The Land Dream”. They made a ridiculous offer that was only about 1/4 of what our property is actually valued for. Their offer was $2,000 less than what we purchased our land for over 16 years ago. Lol. We are not [censored] and we do not have dummy written on our foreheads. We are very aware of what our property is valued at. I just worry that “The Land Dream “ may pull this with some elderly or younger person that either doesn’t not fully understand what they are signing or may get taken advantage because they do not know what their property is actually valued at. Shame on this company for trying to benefit from others and robbing them. I will never do business with this shady company and will be sure to warn everyone I know.Victim Location 40328
Type of a scam Investment
Received a request to purchase land at a ridiculous price, about 10% of actual value, older folks might not know the value of their property and be scammed. Not sure if this is illegal but definitely should be criminal.
