On October 2, 2017 I connected to this web site through a Facebook ad. It was selling a circular moon lamp that glows and stand. I purchased 2 at a sale price. $45.75 was charged to my credit/debit bank card on 10/2/17 showing merchant terminal *** The labratory Coolum Beach. I have never received this product. All attemps to contact this merchant are unsuccessful. The web site: Thelaboratory.com is unavailable, states the store is closed, sorry for the inconvenience. The phone number 035-222-8470 is unreachable, even with international operator assistance. And any email send to their email address: Myexperience@the laboratory.com has gone unanswered, even though it states it has been delivered.
