Never received my order

I ordered about 60$ worth of jewelry and NEVER received anything. Not even a reason or response to my order. It's now 2 years later and still NOTHING.
I have emailed them numerous times and never heard anything back from them.

I think I have been scammed

I ordered from this place and got the wrong jewelry. Not even close and its real cheap and plastic made. I spent 117 bucks on this! How do i get my money back? Their website is not a real one. I'm sending pics of what I ordered and what I received. I'm so mad!

I ordered then immediately changed my mind and ask to cancel. They did not respond until the next day and said it was too late, the order was processed. Their policy clearly states that you have 6 hours to cancel an order. Even thou they could not give me shipping information to prove it was too late to cancel they told me to refuse it when I got it but I would have several fees to pay for returning it. It has now been 2 weeks since they received my return and they still have not credited my account.

Have none of you people used PayPal or credit cards (NOT debit) to pay for online purchases? They offer protection from scammer sellers. Contact THEM if you got ripped off.

I ordered from the company on July 27th, 2020 and they sent a email confirmation stating that they received my payment. I’ve been trying to contact them for almost a year with no response. I’ve been asking for a refund and no response. Ive been trying to figure out if this company is scamming type of deal.

I place an order on 1/12/20 paid $135.92 for necklaces for Christmas gifts and still have not heard anything since placing my order. I've sent 2 emails and still no response. This company is a rip off. Do not place an order with them, do not give them your money. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. During a time like this that last thing you want is for someone to SCAM you out of your money.

I ordered two necklaces totaling 42 dollars, I got a confirmation email saying we received your order. We will email you when it’s on it’s way. That was November 12, 2020. And have yet to receive anything! I have emailed them three times. Even emailed them via Instagram and no one ever replies.
I’m highly disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone!

Have yet to receive any merchandise. States it will ship. In the process of filing a claim with better business bureau. Emailed facebooked messaged commented to no avail. Even took to Instagram. It’s a damn shame.

I placed my order on September 6, 2020. I used the payment option of Klarna. It’s now October 26, 2020 and there has been no update on my order status. I have emailed them several times and even dm’d them still no reply. Every review on here is accurate to the experience I have faced. Also don’t use Klarna because they don’t care and won’t help you at all. Please don’t work with this company. They have to be a a scam.

I ordered from this site 8/14, it’s now 10/8 and I do not have my item.. I had been sending emails and instagrams dms since the middle of September, finally toward the end of September I got a response and was told that there was an issue with my order. I also was asked if I wanted to be issued a refund or if I wanted the item to be made again and sent out. Because of the lack of communication and terrible customer service I opted to the refund. It’s now, 10/8 and I do not have a refund nor a response to my message (that they read) about when I should expect one. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered from Kay Gift on September 24. 12 days later, there is still no word on my order. I've emailed and DM'd the company for more information. Nothing! The site says 3-5 day shipping, and when you click on shipping policy, it says ships within 48 hours and tracking info 2-3 days.
