My sister and I ordered jewelry from this website on March 14, 2020 and it is now May 7, 2020. The both of us have tried contacted them on several occasions about our orders and we haven't gotten any responses till today. I contacted them on Facebook Messenger and when texting them they were saying that they already delivered my order but I have evidence on an app they use for tracking and it says the order was only placed. I requested that I get my money back and they stopped responding to me.
