This company sent damaged products that do not function as portrayed in their marketing. They were not even the same brand marketed by Hoverball. It took over a month to receive the items after purchase. Immediately upon receipt of the products, I attempted to contact the company for a refund. The email address provided by the company for returns is not valid. The phone number goes directly to an automated message. I finally was able to contact someone through the main email, who refused to refund me, saying I must have damaged the products on my own, and that they are functioning as described, both of which are 100% false statements. Do not buy a Hoverball or Hoverdisc!
