Found seller on Instagram and inquired about his puppies for sale. We agreed on a price and he asked for a $500 refundable deposit to hold the puppy. We agreed to meet on Sunday. Sunday came and he asked if we were good to meet. I responded a couple hours later and said that we could and asked for the address. He sent it. We said we’d meet him there in an hr. Upon arriving, he couldn’t be reached via calls, texts, or Instagram messages. After waiting 30 minutes we left. He called 30 minutes into our drive home, and we said we couldn’t come back that night. We then decided we were no longer interested in doing business with him anymore. He’s now refusing to refund the $500 refundable deposit.
