Back in December 2020 I placed four (4) orders. Theses were going to be Christmas Gifts. The people have not received their gifts and The Hidden Gem has not responded to any of my E-Mails. I have sent three (3) as of last night, March 7, 2021.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company solicits and has a presence on FaceBook. However, they don’t actually provide product once you have ordered, just take your money by what looks like an Asian financial organization. No customer service provided post order and they don’t respond to emails. Check out Facebook for the hundreds of other unhappy customers.
