May 27th 2019 my wife purchased two Heart Watches for a total of $173.34. When we did not receive the product after a few weeks, my wife emailed Sandra Ellen, support@the, and inquired as to why the product had not been received yet. Ellen informed my wife that the package had been sent but the wrong address was put on the package and it was returned. We waited a few more weeks then sent another email. Sandra Ellen promised to check. A couple of weeks later I sent an email to Sandra Ellen. No response. Now I see that the website is no longer operating. I have a heart arrhythmia and purchase this product so that I could advise my physician of my status. these crooks should be held accountable for their scam!

I have a severe cardiac problem *** ** *** * *** *** *** ***. I saw the watch which would cover each condition

and ordered two ($134.74). The statement said delivery might be slow due to a 2 for 1 price and then the next email response said that

due to the popularity, delivery might be from 7 to 25 days. I waited the entire time. I asked for a date and was told the person in arranging shipment would take care of it that day. NOTHING happened. Next I was told that the delay had occurred because of some Canadian workers

long weekend. I have had no further correspondence from. The loss of the money is aggravating, but the fact that two people with severe medical conditions have waited is the real problem. This company needs to be closed down. Were I a rich person, I would fly to Edmonton

(after having found a lawyer) and go to the address to demand my money or the promised product. Please warn anyone you know who is

looking for a heart (tracker) watch to avoid this place like the plague!

Ordered 2 watches that record heart and blood email that said they got payment but no tracking number for my items. Tried to contact for 3 days without response thru their website.

I ordered heart watch from them in August. They email me and say wrk g zip code than postal strick. No phone number. These have been paid for. I am from Michigan. Won’t trust things again

Ordered a heart watch monitor watch. Was to deliver in 7 to 10 days for a Canadian order. I paid via credit card. Watch was never received. I never received a tracking number for the watch, one time after 10 days from order I received an email saying it was on the way. Waited 2more weeks, still no delivery. Went back to the web site , no phone number anywhere, only an online support via email. The support system was aThird party. They lied to me at least 3 times about shipping dates, but never would supply a tracking number. Finally asked for a refund because I never received the watch. Still have not got the credit. I ordered this August 12 2018.

08/18/18 - ordered a Heart Watch. Cost was $99.81 Canada - my *** *** was charged US $$ 76.82. 09/05/18 - was informed via email product was shipped 08/27/18 - requested a shipping tracking number - no response. 09/18/18 - was informed original shipping date of 08/27/18 was communicated in error - new shipping date is 09/07/18 and need to have someone at house to receive the product. They couldn't provide me with a delivery date nor failed to provide me with any tracking number. Just to be looking for it. I had to follow up with them via email per the dates below. Requested they cancel my order and process the refund. Rep'd an email that date 09/18/18 that they canceled the order and requested the refund through Vendor *** should take a week. Followed up on 10/02/18 still no refund. Followed up again on 10/10/18 still no refund..... indicated they will request the refund again *** ***. Suggested I contacted *** myself as they no longer use them as a Vendor and we're not their priority. I was in contact with Sandra Ellen the whole time - constant delays and excuses regarding initial order and refund request. I requested a telephone number to call - she denied. I requested a name and telephone number of her Supervisor... she responded that she was the Supervisor. I requested the name and telephone number of who she reported to and/or the name of the Owner of the Company. Her response was it was against their policy to provide that information. I also asked Sandra to have their Company refund me and they recoup the cost from their Billing Vendor ***.
