I purchased some concentrated disinfectant sanitizer last year (June 2020). I needed to reorder another gallon. I went to their website, https://thehandsolution.com, it looked the same. I was even able to reset my login password. I paid $75.72 on October 13, 2021, and received an order confirmation email. However after a week, I tried to contact the company at the phone number provided on their website (888) 964 3554 and a recording came on stating that the mailbox was full. I was unable to leave a voice message, so I left an email at [email protected]. After a week, I tried to contact the company again, and the same thing happened, voice mailbox is still full and no email response. I sent one last email asking for my product or a refund. As of today, October 26, 2021, no one has contacted me or refunded my payment. I look up the address, and to my surprise, its a UPS store in Bee Cave, TX. Please do not order anything from this company. They are apparently not in business anymore. Thank you.
