Was offered a $9000 Govt. Grant. Per instructions, I sent $280 (borrowed from relative) via I-Tunes card. Said amt. was promised to be refunded to me within 5 min. of transaction. Never received. I was then instructed to send 1/2 of $850 due, so I bought another I-Tunes card for $425 for them. I am on Disability and my acct. had nearly a zero balance, so the I-Tunes cards was what they suggested I use for fees. I did provide them with my debit account because I received disability pmts. through that means. I was then asked to call a Kevin Brown with a thick foreign accent at 646-740-7025 for further instructions to send another I-Tunes card for the remainder $425 due. It was then that I contacted the ScamPulse.com to inquire as to this transaction's legitimacy.
