When ordering their CBD gummies, the consumer is given several options, I chose the buy three get two free option at $40/bottle. Upon moving forward was provided the option to upgrade the product potency for $10/bottle, so I did that, then I had to go through a whole series of product offers to accept or decline before I could get to the actual checkout. I wasn’t directed to a transaction details page, but was given a receipt for about $250. They basically charged me for 5 bottles without warning. This was on a Sunday, I called them Monday to cancel the order, telling them what happened, and all they offered was a 20% discount, I said no, I want to just cancel, they told me the product was already shipped, then I received a notice on Wednesday that the product had just shipped. Shady and deceitful business practices, consumer beware of their trickery.
