I was requested to complete a survey for Wal-Mart, once I completed survey I noticed that there were some charges made on my bank account which I didn't authorize. One charge on 7/18/22 of $1.95, then another one for $89.95 appeared later that day and now as of 7/21/22 I received another charge of $99.95 for some generator that I didn't order. I don't know how they got my debit card information but I didn't provide it. I attempted to contact them to inquire about the charges and to have them reimbursed and was told that I had to have a 3-way call with them and my bank. When I refused to do this call I was told to just have the bank call them, as they stated they were unable to reimburse the charges because they couldn't confirm that I was whom I claimed to be. I had just received a new debit card less than a week before these occurrences happened.
