Ordered from the good4yougiftbaskets branch of this scam, they failed their delivery and send sarcastic emails in reply to any concerns, Avoid them. They need to be closed down.

The Hops Collective is a big scam! They charge for a beer of the month club up front and only deliver one month with the incorrect beer. I ordered 3 months of beer for my husband and only received the first 6 cans of the wrong beer. When I inquired they said that they have the right to substitute the type of beer. We have been waiting 2 months for the 2nd month's beer to arrive. I paid in full so I can't get my money back. When I inquired about my order, customer service said that they are backlogged because of Covid. I don't believe that at all. I found a review page on Facebook and there are dozens of other people who have had the same experience as I did. https://www.facebook.com/pg/thehopscollective/reviews/

They are a well-oiled scam business that needs to be shut down. My husband will never see the beer that I ordered as a gift nor will I ever get my money back. Thank you.
