I ordered 2 bean bags from this company, my total bill came to over $270 in merchandise. The website claims their orders are delivered within 3-5 days, and that they are working normal business hours during the pandemic. I have currently been waiting for 2 weeks to receive my order. I’ve attempted to contact the company multiple times to inquire where my order is, each time I get a run around response. First they blamed the delay on FedEx, saying they’re repackaging my order. But, FedEx notifies me when a shipment has been created in my name. I have not received such notifications from FedEx. I then requested fir my money to be returned because I know I’m being scammed. They responded telling me the only way I can get a refund is to return the order to them. They are a dishonest company, scamming consumers for hundreds of dollars per order.
