They are taking advantage of digital content creators and influencers to make sales. They are lying saying they will compensate you after you buy the product and send them photos. After i sent them photos they disappeared.

I was contacted via email to have a contract to photograph a product in exchange for a monetary compensation. I had to purchase a cleansing device for $47.78. The payment once the photos were received would be $600.00. I suspected this was a scam, but with a contract in place, I felt it was a legitimate proposition. I followed up on my suspicion & saw this website to report fraud/scam along with others sharing their experience. I too would like to prevent others from falling victim to this scam. I have saved my email communications. Please be advised & do not accept the emails from The Genetic PR company.

I was contacted by the pr email of the company. They asked me to take pictures of their product in exchange for money. I would have to buy the product for 49.14, which is half off. Then I would have 2 weeks to get the 5 photos to them. I got the package, took the pictures and sent them. It is now going on 2 weeks and NO one will respond to the emails. I have tried contacting through all the email addresses for customer service and on Instagram. No one is responding. They now have eight images with watermarks on them however any skilled software person can get rid of the watermarks and use my content. I am not worried about the pics or the money as much as this is NO way to do business. I don't want anyone to have the same thing done to them!
