There was an ad on google for a Harry Potter product for $19.99, personalization and free shipping included. I clicked the ad, ordered the item, got a confirmation email and it was paid for on my check card. The order was supposed to ship in 48 hours. I clicked the link on the order confirmation to check the order tracking. It leads to a page that says my order was placed, but no other info. I emailed them twice and instant messaged them using the messenger on their site. No response. I googled them and found they have done this to countless others. Take the order and never send the merchandise. I filed a complaint with Google ad words to take the scam ad down. Still haven't heard from the company. I filed a fraud charge with my bank and will be pursuing that for my refund!
