I received an email indicating my computer service has expired and will "auto-renew" and I am being charged $699.00.

I have NO service with them at all and never did. There was a contact number for billing inquires, which only has a pre-recorded voice indicating "Sorry, the number you called was busy. Please try again later." I have called during business hours and off hours - same recording and unable to reach anyone. There is no address or anything on their website.
